Refund policy

Returns and refunds- Please note items are not returnable. Items are ordered in or made specifically for each customer. Therefore we do not accept returns under and circumstances, including if you change your mind, an item doesn’t fit, or you don’t like the item. 

faulty items- these items will be exchanged if the item arrives with damage to it, this must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item and if it is not reported to bowsnwhistles@outlook.com we will not be able to replace the item for you. These will only be exchanged. Items are non refundable.

Tumblers and personalised items. 

These are handmade so therefore may show some small imperfections in the design. This is not a returnable fault. 

Personalised items are none returnable unless faulty upon arrival.
